Our History
I’m David Mazer, President of Reliable Financial Solutions LLC, proudly operating as The Mazer Team in partnership with Omni-Fund, Inc.
After 20 years in the mortgage business, I started to realize that the company I was with was too big and unprepared for economic headwinds, lacking HELOCs, reverse mortgages and other flexible solutions for homeowners. Anticipating an environment where rates might fluctuate significantly, I decided to jump from the big firm in 2022, joining a family-owned broker with a wide assortment of products that would allow me to tailor solutions to specific customer needs. I transitioned to a net branch by the end of 2023 and, in 2024, started with my own brand, staff and branch under an even more encumbrance-free platform that allows me to control what’s needed to make my clients happy.
